Mina sain eile kell 19:32 samasuguse SMS-i ("is your car still for sale" vms). Kusjuures müün hoopis tsiklit. Vaatasin kohe, et mingi jura, aga mõtlesin et kirjutan talle meili vastu sellise meiliaadressi pealt, mida pmst kasutangi ainult sellistel puhkudel, vaatan mis naljaga tegu on.

Minuga võttis meili teel ühendust keegi Steve Trenton, kes on muidu Kreekas elav ameeriklane ja ühtlasi on hetkel laevaga merel ja ei saa ise tulla autot vaatama. Hakkas rääkima, et võtab auto ära ja AVL tuleb koju järgi. Lubas mulle raha üle kanda. Jutt tundus kahtlane, nimelt müügiks oli VAZ 21011 hinnaga 350 EUR!
Andsin talle oma IBANi ja panga info.
Siis tuli temalt kiri, et kandis mulle auto eest raha ja saatmise raha samuti ehk siis mina peaks saatmise eest ära tasuma koheselt.
Kiri tuli mulle ka Barclaysi pangalt, kus oli nö näha, et makse on tehtud, aga läheb kuni 72 tundi aega, et mina seda näeksin. Ehk siis 450 EUR transpordi eest tuleks kohe minu taskust. Lisaks "kandis" mees mulle vale rahasumma auto eest, 850 EUR ehk siis soodushinna ja müügihinna kokku.
Panin veel tähele, et panga meiliaadressis oli barclays kirjutatud baclays
Pärast seda panga kirja kolasin natuke siin foorumis.
Nüüd suhtlen veel meili tee edasi temaga, viimases kirjas ütlesin talle, et kandsin selle 450 EUR transpordi eest üle.

On kyll vana teema, aga lisan ka siia, et petiste hirmus ei maksa peletada eemale ka töelisi autoostjaid - selleks proovi end panna selle huvilise olukorda, kes tahab kaugest riigist mingit erilist autot omale saada, eriliste asjade fanaatikuna on ta töenäoliselt kroonilises ajapuuduses (ei saa ise kohale tulla) ja soovib samas ka mingisugust garantiid, et seda autot enne teda kellelegi teisele ei myydaks. Selle kohta paar näidet oma elust, et olen korduvalt ostnud ise välismaalt auto niimoodi, et maksnud panga teel auto hinna myyjale ära, korra autost isegi pilte nägemata (Pöhja-Soomes, seal oli parasjagu polaaröö ja ma ei tahtnud tema mobiiltelefoniga tehtud udukogusid, kuna ta rääkis telefonis juba ysna detailselt ära need paar keredefekti) ja sellele maksin ka lisasumma, et ta auto mulle Kesk-Soome vastu tooks. Teise näitena myysin eelmisel aastal yhe erilise auto sarnase petuskeemi kahtlusega ostjale, kelle puhul nöudsin ise sularahas maksmist - vastutulekuna broneerisin auto, mees saabus UK-st, RHD autodega harjunud inimesel ei lasknud suurtel tänavatel proovisöitugi teha, seejärel ladus mulle uue väikeauto jagu raha peopeale ja läks. St köik ei ole petised ja ärge esimesele kirjale kunagi mönitavalt vastake vöi seda lihtsalt ignoreerige. Dikteerige omad tingimused ja kui tegemist on tösihuvilisega, on ta nende tingimustega ka nöus.
Eelmisel aastal myysin ka yhte yle uue suurema keskklassi auto hinda maksvat haruldust, mille puhul tuli siin teemas mainitud sarnaseid petukirju ikka meeletus koguses. Nende hulgast hakkas silma aga yks, kellega veidi pikemat kirjavahetust pidasin ja lihtsalt pöhimötte pärast keeldusin. Tema äriplaan oli selline, et tuleb ise kohale, maksab mulle ylekandega oluliselt suurema summa ära ning seejärel ootab, kuni see jöuab reaalselt minu arvele ning ma vötan selle sularahas välja (st et ma vöin selle jaoks omale ka eraldi arve teha). Minu kysitud hinnast oleks ta jätnud 3K niiöelda tingimisruumiks ja ylejäänud oleksin siis andnud talle sularahas. Skeem on huvitav selle poolest, et petta ei tahetud siin mitte mind vaid hoopis riiki. Ma ei tahaks siin praegu masina marki/mudelit täpsustada, aga kuna tegu oli restaureerimist alles vajava haruldusega, siis töenäoliselt oli ta sellele eelnevalt juba Euroopas mingi kliendigi leidnud (kuna hind oli mul veel suht odav) ja sel viisil oleks ta pesnud omale päris soliidse koguse sularaha. Nimelt see tegeliku hinna ja paberitesse mineva hinna vahe olekski andnud kokku selle masina normaalse turuhinna Euroopas ja keegi poleks osanudki hiljem midagi kahtlustada... ja seejärel selle ylejäänud maksuvaba raha näiteks kilekotiga mönele erakonnale viia:)) Huvitav, kas kellelegi teisele kah sellist laadi pettuseid on pakutud?
Soomes yhest artiklist lugesin, et petturid pommitavad oluliselt rohkem veesöidukite (st laevad, jahid jt) myyjaid kui automyyjaid. Huvitav, kas ka Eestis?
Mõtlesin, et kirjutan oma velje müümis saaga siia, kõik tundus algul maru ilus.
Panin oma MK'd nettivaraosa.com'i müüki, ei saanudki need kaua müügis olla, kui tuli kiri soome keeles, et kas need on mul müüa. Mina kes soome keelt väga rääkida ei mõista kirjutasin talle inglise keelse vastuse. Hiljem tuli siis juba pikem tekst, millest isegi googletranslate aru ei saanud, selgus, et see on suht vigane soome keel. Mina muidugi kange peaga panin inglise keelse vastuse, siis sai ta aru, et peaks kah inglise keeles rääkima.
Saime siis niimoodi kuidagi jutule, küsis mult mu panga andmeid ja telefoni numbrit. Saatsin talle need siis ära ja ütlesin, et ei tea kuidas shippingu värk toimetada, pole varem nii kaugele miskit saatnud. Siis oli natuke aega vaikus, kuni tänase õhtuni, kus tuli tema poolt meil, et on ülekande "niisuurte"€ väärtuses ära teinud, seal sees on ka siis shippingu rahad. Samuti tuli sealt pangast meilid, et tema poolt on ülekanded tehtud ja ka shippingu firmast, et tema on shippingu tellinud ja velgedele tullakse järgi 04JAN2014.
Aga transfer on panga poolt pandud hold'ile niikauaks, kuni mina saadan confirmation'i, et ülekanne Western Union'iga on tehtud shippingu firmale, mis on siis 400€.

huvitav, kui kallid need veljed siis on kui juba postikuludeks ollakse nõus 400 maksma? sellised ostjad tuleb juba eos pikalt saata ja öelda, et cash only.

Tellisin ja maksin sealt üle 200 euri eest kaupa juba 18 juunil Tänaseni pole midagi. Mingi aeg tuli sõnum et 21 on pakk kullerile üle antud. Kui paki kood sisestada Venipak jälgimisse ütleb et pakk on Riias ja aasta on 2018 veebruar???

Kuigi ka Aeromotors on allakäinud, pidevalt lastakse tähtaegadega üle ja on isegi jäetud muist asju pakki panematta. Lohakus ja tähelepanematus lokkab kõikjal.
Nad ju ikka päris suur firma. 18 juuni ongi kehv aeg tellimiseks, sest pool nädalat ju pühasid vahel. Mitte keegi ei tööta neljapäevast pühapäevani (eestis siis jaanipäeva pidustused)

Siis ei ole mõtet seda vanamehe keissi siin üleval hoida- kaup tuli ja petistega tegu ei ole. On ka endal mõnest poest tulnud kaupa pikemalt oodata ja järelpärimisi teha, aga lõpuks on kaup siiski kohal või raha tagastatud. Edaspidi loomulikult väldin neid poode. On ka petiseid sattunud, aga neid vist kõigest paar korda.

Mul on näiteks nii soliidsest ettevõttest nagu Stokker alates ... oli vist 2019 veebruar, 90 % neistki vähestest veebitellimustest pretensioonidega. Tarnetähtajad ületatud, valesti komplekteeritud, sellist kaupa polegi ja raha tagasi makstud... Kui juba osta siis otse letist (väga viisakas teenindus) või lepinguga ja nii et maksad siis kui kaup käes ja kontrollitud on. Põhimõtteliselt võib ka krediitkaartiga ja kui kaupa ei tulnud siis kohe taotlus panka makse tühistamiseks.
Seepärast mulle meeldib PayPal makse võimalus (mitte sassi ajada payseraga!!!!) väga lihtne raha tagasi saada kui kaup kohale ei jõua. Teine asi, mida kasutan, on Wise virtuaalkaart hea kaart tühistada kui veebilehel andmeleke toimunud ja raha tagasi saamine pole ka siiani problemaatiline olnud.
Petisteks pole mina kedagi nimetanud. Mina olen nagu eespool üks inimene mainis vanakoolimees ja harjunud sõna pidama. Kui oli algselt öeldud et tarneaeg on KUNI 3 tööpäeva siis enne ja pärast pühi oli ikka aega küll ja küll.
Ning kui tuli sõnum et kaup kullerile üle antud ja ikka hulga päevade pärast peale päringut tuleb vastus et kaup pole laost kaugemale jõudnudki!?
